He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Phillip Luster, Eva Luster, Denziel Lewis and Betty Lewis; his uncle Frank Lewis; and his friend Jerry Cunningham.
He is survived by: his father Michael Lewis (Tanda); his son Denziel Lee Russell; and his siblings, Corey Cunningham and Ashlie Cunningham. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
