She is survived by: her daughters, Tina DeHaven (Kevin) and Andrea Hayward; her siblings, Frank Montemayor, Sr., Paul Montemayor (Denise) and Martha Meng; her grandchildren, Ashley Dahns (Greg), Heaven Hayward, Brandon Hayward (Matt), Brittany Poland, Mercedes Hayward (Anthony), Nathaniel "Jordan" Hayward, Manny Hood, Ian Hood (Destiny), Kadin DeHaven, Briana Thomas (Michael), Ariana Thomas, Christiana Thomas and Eviana Thomas; and her nephew Steven Cardwell (Ashton). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
