He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton Sr. Pittman and Peggy Pittman. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Pittman; his children, Robert, Juan, Joshua, Jeremy, Matthew, Mercedes and Carmen; and his siblings, Mary, Lora and William.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to Community Action Partnership.
