She was predeceased by: her mother Patsy Simerly. She is survived by: her father Dale Simerly; her children, Craig Simerly and Sarena Gardner; her grandchildren, Jordan, Sabrina and Michael Hawkins; and her siblings, Rebecca Vogan, Trina Torres, Melody Simerly-Cook and Timmy Simerly.
The family suggests memorial donations be made to a charity of the donor's choice in Heidi's memory.
