He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Crockett and Varley Crockett; his wife JoAnn Crockett; and his siblings, J. Marvin, Harold (Bud), Kenny Crockett, Florence Frakes and Velda Davis.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael, Jeff Crockett (Valerie) of Lancaster, CA, Chris Crockett (Amy) of Boise, ID and Scott Crockett (Danielle); and his stepdaughters, Janet Wollenman (John), Cindy Roethler (Don) and Rebecca White (Tommy Tucker). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
