He is survived by: his wife Kathy Burgess; his children, Johnny Burgess (Kari), Lesa Droz and Lena Walker; his stepdaughters, Tara Robbins (Mike) and Tamara Vannaman (David); his siblings, Jack David, Ricky Burgess, Tommy Noland, Beverly Menard, Rose Bashor and Terry Elmore; and his stepsisters, Enola Kerns and Shirley Derr. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
