He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Belcher and Nina Belcher (Fleck). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Lux; his children, Suzan Johnston (Brian), James Belcher (Rita) and Janice Belcher; and his brother James Belcher. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
