He was predeceased by: his brothers, Victor Phillips and Gene Phillips; his siblings-in-law, Jim Arnold and Pat Phillips; his nephew Greg Arnold; and his pet Lucky.
He is survived by: his spouse Sandy Elrod; his children, Dan Clary (Julie Miller), Kristen Burks (Matthew), Valerie Vann (Chad) and Daniela Clary; his grandchildren, Steven Kalebic, Niklas Clary, Sofia, Joseph, Stella Burks, Breanna Chandler (Clayton), Brandon Vann, Christian Phillips (Stephaine) and Veronica Vann; his great grandchildren, Drake, Emmy Chandler, Ayden, Ava Vann and Lucy Baier; and his sisters, Judy Arnold and Sarah Moser (John). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Noyes Home for Children.
