He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanche Orth and William Orth; his former wife Jane Newberry; his wife Rutha Jane Orth; his son Leland Andrew "Andy" Orth; and his brothers, William and Wesley Andrew Orth.
He is survived by: his daughter Kim Elizabeth Orth-Hodge (Thomas) of Saint Joseph, MO; his granddaughters, Brooke Orth-Chestnut (Kyle) of Liberty, MO and Brittany Orth-Comninellis (Joshua); and his great grandchildren, Gideon and Shiloh.
