She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Edward and Jo Ann Blevins (Mueller); and her son Tim. She is survived by: her son Todd Derr (Nicole); her grandchildren, Jessica Whaley (Michael), Kevin Derr, Josh Derr, Kaitlynn Derr and Kylee Derr; her great grandchildren, Madelyn, Kenly, Jade, Matthew and Athena; and her brothers, Larry Blevins (Gwen) and Mike Blevins (Karen).
