Merlin D. Brown Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 19, 2022, at the age of 78, Merlin D. Brown (Saint Joseph, Missouri) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilma Ryther and Emery Ryther; his wife Marcia Ann Layland; his children, Laura Elder (Eric) and Robert Brown (Jami); his grandchildren, Greggory, Blake, Austin, Zachary and Briana; his great grandchildren, Sophia and Gabriel; and his sister Norma Scroggins. He was also cherished by extended family, colleagues, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Turning Point Church of the Nazarene or the Fruedenthal Center for Parkinson's Disease.
