He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Earls and Betty Earls (Lang). He is survived by: his sons, Bryan Keith Earls and David Jon Earls (Kathleen); and his sisters, Mary Lu Ann Cummins (Curt) and Barbara Jean Watkins (Jeff).
The family suggests memorial donations to the Friends of the Animal Shelter.
