She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Hayward and Cynthia Polk Hayward; and her husband Charles C. Allen, Jr.. She is survived by: her brother John H. Hayward, Jr.; and her son Charles C. Allen (Lisa Schlesinger). She is also survived by three grandchildren, three step-grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
