She was predeceased by : her parents, George Duncan Staples, Jr. of Charleston, Missouri. and Golda Opal Staples (Pope). She is survived by : her brother George Gaylen Staples (Nancy) of Glenview, Illinois; her children, Scott Hill (Janelle) of Phoenix, Arizona, Robbin Hansen (Michael Ragan) of Louisville, Amy Garrison (Christopher) of Creve Coeur and Heather Cooksey (Jim) of Matthews, Missouri; her grandchildren, Kayla Hill, Colten Hill (Renee), Caine Hill, Jordan Snyder (Megan), Adam Cooksey, Delaney Cooksey and Calleigh Cooksey; her great grandchildren, Leo and London Snyder; her niece Dianne Hively (Mark) of Glenview, Illinois; her nephew Duncan Staples of Sarasota, Florida; her great-niece Renee Hively of Glenview, Illinois; and her great-nephews, Evan and Curtis Hively of Glenview Illinois.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given as a gift of support to St. Jude Children's.
