He is survived by: his children, Randall L. DeRoy (Billie), Robert D. DeRoy and JoAnn Hart (Steven); his siblings, Warren Douglas DeRoy (Donna), Danny Gean DeRoy (Charlotte), David Paul DeRoy, Jeffery Lynn DeRoy (Sharon) and Mary Beth George (Rodger); his grandchildren, DJ, Alexis, Bentlee, Evan, Sophia, Khloe, Franki, Rebel, Alyssa, Cali, Carter and Jackson; and his great grandchildren, Travis, Justin and Mary Berry.
