He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Fuchs and Lorraine Fuchs (Stange). He is survived by: his siblings, Judith Schmersahl (late Robert) of St. Louis, Larry Fuchs (Mary Jo) of St. Louis and Jeffery Fuchs of St. Louis; his siblings' children, Lauren Hayes (Cody) of St. Louis and Rob Schmersahl of St. Louis; his great-nephews, Jackson, Jonah Schmersahl and John Hayes; and his great-niece Lorelei Hayes of St. Louis.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Unity Church of St. Louis (4753 Butler Hill Rd, St. Louis, MO 63128).
