It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debbie Kay Bagwell (Saint Peters, Missouri), who passed away on March 21, 2024, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father William Patrick Looney. She is survived by : her children, Julie Bagwell (Elfie) and Brandon Thomas Gaeng; her mother Donna Jean Looney; and her sister Vickie Ciembronowicz (Thomas "Tom"). She is also survived by other family members and friends.
