He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Newsome and Lois E. Smith; his stepfather Ronald Klosterich; and his siblings, Mary E. Newsome-Smith and Paul Ross.
He is survived by: his wife Mary A. Newsome; his daughters, Deena Gonz (Donnie) and Tammy Newsome; and his grandsons, Curtis Gonz and Dylan Gonz. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (837 Mid Rivers Mall Dr, St Peters, MO 63376). A Mass will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the All Saints Catholic Church (7 McMenamy Rd, St Peters, MO 63376). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Charles Memorial Gardens (3950 W Clay St, St Charles, MO 63301).
