He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Martin Garrigan and Alice McFarland Garrigan; his siblings, Edward, Jane, Alice and Thomas; and his granddaughter Sarah Galyon.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie Garrigan (Bono); his children, Steven (Jeffery Goodson), Colleen Reed, Kathleen Morris (John "Rusty") and Alice Jasper (David); his grandchildren, Allison Boe, Katherine Galyon, Justin Morris (Aubrey), Adam Morris, Molly Shepard (Kyle) and Maggie Jasper; and his great grandchildren, Joseph McGibany, Jr., Jacob Cross, Bennett, Lydia, Layla and Brooks Shepard.
