He is survived by : his parent Mary Lou Lock (Horn); his spouse Carole L. Waldschmidt; his son Edwin H. Horn; his grandchildren, Nathan Horn, Jolene Horn, Melissa White and Matthew White; and his daughter-in-law DeeAnna L. Horn.
