She was predeceased by: her husbands, Leo Braun and Emanuel Naeger; her daughter Arlene Braun; her brother Paul Mattingly; and her parents, Robert Mattingly and Stella Mattingly (Lawrence).
She is survived by: her children, Earl Braun (Michelle), Alvin Braun (Janet), Wayne Braun, Mary Grieshaber (Bernard), Linda Drury (David) and Judy Schmieder (Scott); her siblings, June Mattingly, Wanda Figge, Vernon "Pat" Mattingly, Dianne Fenwick, Robert Mattingly and Marilyn Clippard; her sister-in-law Lucy Otte (Patti Deangelis); and her grandchildren, Ashley Winslow (Marty), Andrew Braun (Colleen), Abigail McGowen (Aiden), Alison Braun, Jason Braun (Jessica), Renee Adkins (Jeffrey), Brandi Fredeking (Samuel), Elise Hattenhauer (Devin), Sally Grieshaber (Justin), E'va Drury, Nathali Drury, Sean Schmieder and Sara Schmieder.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Basler Funeral Home (685 Center Dr, Ste. Genevieve, MO 63670). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (11824 Zell Rd, Ste. Genevieve, MO 63670).
