He was predeceased by : his father Leroy Joseph Milfelt; and his grandfathers, Fred Milfelt (Agnes) and Robert Palmer (Dorothy). He is survived by : his children, Tonya Pfaff (Ryan) of Saint Louis, MO, Travis Milfelt of De Soto, MO and Joshua Milfelt of St. Louis, MO; his mother Darlene Milfelt Klein (James) of Sainte Genevieve, MO; his siblings, Terri DiMercurio (John) of Manchester, MO and Dennis Milfelt (Luci) of Ballwin, MO; his stepsister Laurie Klein of St. Louis, MO; his granddaughters, Molly and Lucy Pfaff; and his uncle Irvin Palmer (Rose). He is also survived by Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 5th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, April 6th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Basler Funeral Home (685 Center Dr, Ste. Genevieve, MO 63670). A Mass was held on Saturday, April 6th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Church of Ste. Genevieve (49 Dubourg Pl, Ste. Genevieve, MO 63670).

Memorials can be made to Alzheimer's Association, Mercy Hospice South- de Greeff Hospice House, or for masses at the church of your choice.
