He was predeceased by: his daughter Dawn Jacobs; his parents, Arthur Jacobs and Dorothy Jacobs (Miller); and his son-in-law Larry Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Jacobs (Sample); his children, Karl Jacobs (Karla) of Salem, MO, Toni Lewis of Salem, MO and Lisa Ott (Eugene) of Baltimore, MD; his brother Bill Jacobs (Anna) of Tuscan, AZ; and his grandchildren, Kyle Jacobs, Katie Shaffer (Corey), Brad Lewis (Allison), Andrew Lewis (Ashley), Catherine Ott and Liz Ott. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
