He was predeceased by: his parents, May Payne (Button) and James Foster; his wife Geraldine Payne (Brooks); his daughter Beth Karr (Payne); his granddaughter Jenny Proffer (Carter); and his siblings, Margaret Rogers, Ferris Payne and Curtis Payne.
He is survived by: his daughters, Judy Brandt (Dennis) and Penny Payne; his grandsons, Benjamin Moore (Andrea) and John Moore (Yeonghee); and his great grandchildren, Haylee, Hunter, Wyatt and Benjamin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
