He is survived by: his children, Dave Chrisco Jr. (Mendy) and Ginger Salmons; and his stepchildren, John Harrison (Angie), Amanda Blaylock (Jerry) and Jeremy Harrison (Melanie). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
