It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Swiney of Salem, Missouri, who passed away on July 7, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Edward "Dick" Swiney; his stepfather Delma; his siblings, Janice Coffman and Jim Smith; his brothers-in-law, Kenny Nickles and Fred Oestreich; and his nephew Greg Stringer.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Swiney; his siblings, Mary Stringer (Tom) of Salem, MO, Elizabeth Pettus (Tim) of Salem, MO and Steven Swiney (Janet) of Salem, MO; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Nickles of Steelville, MO, Christine Fields (Alton) of Hillsboro, MO, Lily Fields (Bob) of Hillsboro, MO, Sally Oestreich of Indiana, Jim Nickles (Sherry) of Salem, MO, Ron Nickles (Wanda) of Salem, MO and Steve Nickles (Pat) of Springfield, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
