She is survived by: her children, James (Joan Sample) of Salem and Joyce Taylor of Stuttgart; her granddaughter Jill; her great grandchild Madalen of Joplin Missouri; her grandson James Sample (Tua); her great grandchildren, Jalyn and Dean of Salem; her granddaughter Chrissy Derden White; her great grandchildren, Tiffany White of Stuttgart and Christopher Miller (Beth); and her great great grandchild Linda of Salem, Missouri..
