He is survived by: the mother of his children Suzanne Headrick; his sons, Tyler Lee Shaw and Michael Lee Shaw; his parent Eric Shaw of Salem, MO; his grandmother Carmalea Shaw Bentley; and his nephews, Jon-Lucas and Silas Cargal. He is also survived by two children without a father, a sister without a brother, a dad without a son, and his grandmother without her grandson.
