He was predeceased by : his parents, Leroy Frizzell and Vera Mae Quick Frizzell; and his brother Jeff Frizzell. He is survived by : his wife Shauna Henry-Brown; his children, Justin Brown (Kristy) of Salem, Natasha Notter (Kris) of Salem, Andy Stallcop (Brittany) of Salem and Les Cook (Imogene) of Roby, Missouri.; and his brothers, Troy Frizzell (Beth) of Salem and Kelly Frizzell (Cindy) of Salem.
