He was predeceased by: his parents, Urvan Peterson and Dora Belle Peterson; and his former wife Mary Jean Peterson. He is survived by: his wife Jeannette Peterson; his children, Frank Peterson of Salem, MO and Deborah Peek (James) of Lake Ozark, MO; his grandchildren, Krystal Luebbert (Matt) of Boss, MO, A. J. Grijalva (Christina) of Chesapeake, VA and Chelsea Dumbach (Bud) of Steelville, MO; his stepdaughters, Linda Swarny (Charlie) of Tucson, AZ and Kim Martonchik (Richard) of Howell, MI; his siblings, Yvonne Falk of Clinton, MI, Jerry Peterson of Eldon, FL and Willis Peterson (Sharon) of Lake Crystal, MN; and his friend Seth Broussard. He is also survived by five step-grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
