He was predeceased by: his parents, Sally Ann Hendrix (Walls) and Bill Hendrix; his grandparents, Charles Jake and Laverna Walls; and his brother Terry Hendrix.
He is survived by: his children, Aimee Hendrix of St. Louis, MO, Matthew Brooks of Sullivan, MO, Alicia Hendrix (Ericia) of Washington, MO and Kelsey Hendrix; his brothers, Tony Hendrix of Bourbon, MO and Alex Hendrix (Carolyn) of Leasburg, MO; and his granddaughter Emily Wildhaber. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
