He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlan Briggs and Mildred Lamb Briggs; and his granddaughter Jillian Loker. He is survived by: his daughters, Chris Loker (Paul) and Tracey Wood (William) of Salem, Missouri. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
