He is survived by: his wife Wilma Overby; his son Richard Overby (Jackie) of Salem, MO; his sisters, Dottie Chapman (Richard) of Rolla, MO and Ann Raulston (Walter) of Rolla, MO; his grandchildren, Brittney Overby, Keith Hollinsworth, Amy Norris and Eathan Head; and his nephew Billy Ursery. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
