He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Thompson (Mike) of Salem, MO and Lisa Lewis (Steve) of Salem, MO; his stepson Joe Chitwood (Gail) of Seymour, MO; his grandchildren, Tyler McConnell (Chastity), Adam McConnell, Morgan Lewis (Vanessa), Bayley Lewis and Ronnie Joe Chitwood; and his great grandchildren, Molly, Sophy, James and Rayleigh. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
