He was predeceased by: his sister Rachel Nash; his grandfather Bill Pruett; and his cousin Trevor Nicholson. He is survived by: his parents, Keith Nash and Angie Nash of Salem, MO; his brother Glenn T. Nash (Nicky) of Crocker, MO; his grandparents, Mary Pruett of Salem, MO, Vertis and Gloria Nash of Salem, MO; his nephew Walker Dean Nash; and also, Beverly Edwards, Bryce Starkey, Chad Cook, Rusty Wells, Michael Stewart, Jimmy Drury, John McDonald and Taylor Hoffman. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
