She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Jessen and Martha Irene Jessen (Major); her brothers, Jim and Clark Jessen; and her daughters, Jeanie Whitaker and Cathy Bettigrew.
She is survived by: her husband David Biele of Salem, Missouri; her children, Carol Akers (Ronnie) of Batesville, Candice Barnes (Larry) of Tulsa, Ross Dean (Jill) of Salem, Dana Dean of Salem and David Lee Biele of Salem, Missouri; her brothers, Kenny Jessen (Brenda) of Salem and Dee Jessen (Maria) of Salem, Missouri; her sister-in-law Mary Ann Jessen; and her grandchildren, Brandon Biele, Alex Biele, Jodie Dean, Whitney Biele, Morgan Smith, Lydia Hedrick (Todd), Dustin Barnes Aubrey Barnes, Lacey Darby (Blake) and Kendra Stephens (Tony).
