He is survived by: his wife Patricia Cunningham; his children, Stacy Fox (Josh) of Quapaw, Russell Meyer of Sarcoxie, Shannon Dalton of Carthage and Randy Meyer of Sarcoxie; and his grandchildren, Bridget Tackett, Heather Norman, Drew Meyer, Robert Dalton, Louise Dalton, Megan Meyer, Aaron Meyer and Kaylee Meyer. He is also survived by nine great- grandchildren; two sisters.
