She was predeceased by: her son Paul Freelend; her grandson Zachery Freelend; her siblings, Louis Martin, Frank Martin, Edward Martin, Arinda Gary, Nora Bess Jordan, Ann Aldridge and Ella Letha Sitler; and her son-in-law Rodney Haines.
She is survived by: her husband Eldon Freelend; her children, Raymond Freelend (Cindy) of Sarcoxie, Judith Haines of Carthage, Vivian Welters (Jerome) of Monett, Allen Freelend (Ronda) of Carthage and Vernon Freelend of Joplin; and her daughter-in-law Cheryl Freelend. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
