He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Hall Sr. and Mary Huey Hall; his wife Donna Hall; his siblings, Huey Hall, Lola Houston, Pauline Swope, Dorothy Ingram, Mary Ellen White and Margaret Patterson; and his great grandchildren, Hayden and Conner Wion.
He is survived by: his sons, Douglas Hall (Wanda) and Dennis Minschke (Willa); and his siblings, Virginia Peterson (John Gorney) of Johnston, IA, Earl Hall, Jr. of Bedford, IA and Floyd Hall (Gloria) of North Bend, WA..
