It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Meril Mitchell (Savannah, Missouri), who passed away on February 8, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Meril Mitchell to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellen Mitchell and Charles Mitchell; his former wife Bonnie Lee Mitchell; his wife Sharon Kay Mitchell; and his daughter Melinda Kay Mitchell.
He is survived by: his daughters, Vickie Rothwell (Keith) of St. Joseph, Tracy Moran of St. Joseph and Deborah Woosley (Tim) of St. Joseph; his stepdaughters, Linda Alexander (Darlene), Tami Power (Tim), Glenda Wilson and Dana Alexander; and his siblings, William Mitchell, Charles Howard Mitchell, Levi Marion Mitchell, Juanita Adkins (Beecher), Marie Ellen Wells and Loetta Sue Dowell. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Memorials are requested to the Soul's Harbor Pentecostal Church.
