She was predeceased by: her son Lynn Milligan; and her granddaughter Lynnette Matlock. She is survived by: her spouse Lee Otis Milligan; and her sister Carma Heuring (Albert) of Scott City. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren and numerous great-great grandchildren.
