He is survived by: his mother Martha Lou O'Bryant Holder; his wife Kimberly Dana Wonsewitz; his children, Jessie Deal of Cadet, Missouri, Megan Wonsewitz of Scott City and Samantha Deal of Cadet; his siblings, Robert Holder of Benton, Missouri and Sheri Rister of Scott City; and his mother-in-law Susan Chilton of Oxly, Missouri.. He is also survived by five grandchildren and father-in-law.
