He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip and Gertrude; his brothers, Robert and Phillip; and his son Anthony Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Mary; and his children, Patricia (Shuichi Shimokawa), Christine Heath (Jeff), Carol Simonis (Ric), John (Renata) and Michael (Sarah).
