He was predeceased by: his foster father Clyde Roark; and his foster brother Trevis Roark. He is survived by: his siblings, Becky Acton (Kenneth) of Moberly, MO and Stuart Bell of Sedalia; and his foster mother Linda Roark.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Special Olympics in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
