He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Betty Phillips, Jr. (Edde); his wife Mary Phillips; his children, Cathy Apel, Lisa Ann Phillips and Bobby Phillips Jennifer; his brothers, Howard Phillips (Mardonna), Raymond Phillips (Amy), Jeff Phillips (Shani) and James Phillips; his grandchildren, Jonathon and Ariel Phillips; and his father Howard Phillips, Jr.. He was also cherished by six great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
