She is survived by: her parents, Wray Shackelford and Dorothy Shackelford (Anspaugh); her children, Vickie Fry of Tipton, John Banner (Cindy) of Lake Ozark, MO, Ben Banner (Meshel) of Green Ridge, Jackie Lehman (Brian) of Lincoln, DE, Jeff Banner (Sherry) of Sedalia and Angie Dumsday (Robert) of Tipton; her siblings, Sonny Burkhaulter of Lebanon, MO, Cathy Clevenger of Lebanon, MO, Debbie Kennemer of Fair Grove, MO, Robert Shackelford (Roberta) of Springfield, MO, Joe Shackelford (Vicki) of Republic, MO, Mike Shackelford (Sharon) of Joplin, MO, Randy Shackelford and Jack Shackelford; her stepmother Edith Rogers; and her son-in-law Tom Fry. She is also survived by grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
