He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank P. Gramlich and Emma Gramlich (Wittman); his spouse Billie Thomas (Cunningham); and his sisters, Louise Stoecklein, Margaret Schuster, Anna Shugart, Agnes Schuster and Pauline Johnson.

He is survived by: his sisters, Marie Jones and Patricia Felten. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews whom he considered his sons and daughters.

The family requests memorial donations be made to the Sedalia Chapter Missouri Right to Life, or a charity of the donor's choice, in care of McLaughlin Funeral Chapel.
