He is survived by: his parents, Emmett E. and Bulah E. Meadows (Casey); his spouse Judith (Judy); his children, Charlotte Burns (Johnny) of Warsaw, Charlene Meadows of Sedalia and Charlie Meadows of Richmond, MO; his grandchildren, Nathan, Lauren, Malori, Scott, Brandon, Lisa and Tara; his sister Olena Meadows (Cox); and also, Randall and Leanne of Richmond, MO.
