He is survived by: his parents, Charles Frank Slagle and Debra Lorraine Swaim Thompson; his wife Jacqueline Danielle Wade (Cook); his children, Sarah, Charlie and Jacob Slagle; his stepchildren, Maddex and Wrynlee Wade; his stepparents, Bobette Rowe-Slagle of Ketchikan, AK and Danny Thompson of Ketchikan, AK; his grandmother Marilyn Wright of Chehalis, WA; and his siblings, Jack Slagle (Kayleigh) of Ketchikan, AK, Michael Thompson (Ashley) of Loveland, CO, Shannon Slagle (Austin) of Ketchikan and Kimberly Thompson of Lake Stevens, WA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
