He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jewell and Mary Earlene Webster (Smith); his son William Richard Webster; and his siblings, Pat Arne and Paul Webster.

He is survived by: his wife Claire Lou (Pate); his son Randy J Webster of Sedalia; and his sisters, Millie Rhode of Prairie Home and Cheryl Cox of Independence. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be given to the Shriners Hospital for Children, in care of Heckart Funeral Home.
